Talk without thoughts
Walk without aims
Sleep without tension….
Picturise the good as bad
Demoralize the creative initiatives
Hide the inferior nature
And say foolish things in public…..
Common sense-what is it?
Academic vision-what is it?
Ability to administer-what is it?
Social support-what is it?
If you don’t bother all the above
And think that you are the supreme,
You deserve a high post and
That should be an educational head
